I am writing this letter on behalf of Ingrid Sullivan to highlight her Herculean effort to sell my house in Grand Prairie, Texas during the summer of 2008. Selling a home in this economy is difficult and trying to sell a home long distance comes with even more challenges but Ingrid took charge of the sale and I had a buyer the first week it hit the market, Ingrid provided timley advice on upgrading the condition, of my home to give it more "curb appeal’ and spent long hours in the Texas summer heat to ensure that all the projects were completed on time.  We finally have our things moved in and put away. I have installed some curtains and blinds and thoroughly cleaned the house. It looks great. We already have ideas of things we want to do with the landscape and I am going to remove the wallpaper in the upstairs bathroom and paint it instead. I am hoping to finish that this weekend.
