About Ingrid Sullivan

As a licensed Real Estate Professional, my goal is to ensure my clients get the best price, with the most protection and the least amount of stress. Your personal needs are my priority!  

 

You probably have a family doctor and maybe an attorney who has advised you on legal matters.   Because your family’s concerns are so important to you, if you had a medical emergency or if you were faced a legal issue, you would turn to a trusted professional with the skills and experience to take care of your family needs.  I believe the same should apply when you are dealing with buying or selling one of your biggest investments, your home.  

 

Some of the values I live by are Loyalty, Commitment, Dependability and Trust.  One of my client’s confirmed I’m living up to my values when he said, “ I’ve been in the Marine Corps for over 21 years and we have a saying, “Honor, Courage and Commitment,” to describe our dedication to serving our country, I can honestly say the same three words can be used to describe Ingrid’s dedication to selling my home…”   I am determined to have all of my clients feel the same way.

 

My real estate experience dates back to 1993 when I started using my technology and sales background to train real estate professionals.   Since that time I have trained thousands of REALTORS® in Texas and Colorado on implementing technology and marketing in their business.  I have spoken at numerous Real Estate events including the Texas and Colorado Association of REALTORS® annual Conventions.  I am a member of the Texas Real Estate Trainers Association and approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Continuing Education Instructor. I have been trained as Certified Negotiator and a Certified Home Staging Specialist and I’ve earned the sought after ePro designation.  The ePro designation provides me with the tools to help my Sellers get maximum exposure on the Internet where the majority of today's buyers begin their search.

 

I am currently involved in Leadership Metrotex.  A select group of REALTORS® are chosen each year to be involved with the Leadership Metrotex program. Leadership Metrotex provides its members with a comprehensive program to gain an intimate knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth area communities.  Additionally, the program provides the skills and motivation for its members to become future community leaders and problems solvers.  Through the Metrotex Leadership program I have gained invaluable community knowledge and relationships which have help me provide a higher level of service for my clients.
